I sent them a signed contract with a specific addendum stating that any fees were to be deducted from the closing proceeds and would not exceed the amount of the proceeds or the contract would become null and void. ( I am a licensed realtor) It was returned as Undeliverable...address unknown??? They did claim that there were No upfront fees. I was willing to go along until they asked for money Before the close of escrow. I DID send it to the correct address! Be careful! They have no website??? My belief is that they are the middle men and all contracts go through a company in Mexico as they don't have a real estate license.
