This sounds similar to the May/June 2011 scam by "Vacation International" and its "Alliance Title" escrow company.

I did a 'WOHIS.net' search for the domain name (luxuryresort-services.com) and I see it was just registered September 01, 2011. Registered email = adamsonferguson@yahoo.com.

DO NOT PAY any MONEY UP FRONT.

Ask if you can have a local attorney represent you and sign paperwork in the Luxury Resort Services office. For the $$$$$ they offer you, paying $500-$700 for a local attorney is a small price to pay. That's if LRS agrees to it.
