i received a contract from luxury resort services. an escrow account with a bank in mexico city BANORTE was handeling the escfrow with a n appointed escrow officer. I talked to the manager of the bank. they asked me to wire transfer $3,146.00 to and escrow account for mexican taxes 0f 14%. escrow was supposed to close next week on tuesday. Then I get another email asking me for federal taxes to be paid into the escrow account in the amount of $3,371.00 and the total amount of taxes guarenteed to be paid back to me at the close of escrow by Luxury resort services. I called back and said no way. now no one answers the phone
