Has anyone ever heard of Lakewood Management Services? They state they have a buyer under contract who wishes to acquire 21% of the Playa Del Sol Property. They request a proposal to be signed indicating we are interested in a transaction based on a sale price of 30K. and then they send a formal contract. I say "Scam" my husband says check em out!... Any info would be appreciated. I already know not to give money up front. Don't pay any Mexican fees and watch for % owed if buyer backs out.
