Nicole Monahan from Resort Property Management in Los Angeles has been calling my Mother about her timeshare through Royal Holiday Jalisco Mexico. When I asked her for a copy of their business license, she said she would NOT supply it until a contract was signed. I told her that the state of Calif. does not show a license issued to them, her reply was that they do have one & company policy prohibits them from sending a copy prior to a signed contract. That is total BS. My husband & I have to post our business license for our business. Plus I have talked to others and the value of the points for this timeshare is $1.00 to $2.00 max per point earned per year (Max 15,000.00). They were offering 16,960.00 and said that the company buying is a large cement company in central america. I have contacted a large cement company to see if this is true.
