If you read previous messages you will see that it is a scam. RPM doesn't Require a fee up front. They have a business license but not a real estate license. They turn over all contracts to Mexico people who then require Mexican Taxes. People have sent money and then never received a penny. I told them I Wouldn't proceed u til they signed an addendum stating no monies were to be paid up front and any/all monies were to be taken out of the proceeds. He then hung Up on me!!! These people set up shop then fly the coop after a short period of time with the money they steal. if you check out the addresses they use they are many times fake.....empty lots.
