Yes I can send you a whole bunch of deeds that have been transferred. Yes we charge a fee, sometimes less that the maintenance fee. Yes we would sell you a timeshare or two for $1.00 YES I CAN GET PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR TIMESHARE. NO IT IS NOT ILLEGAL. This is America...sell your property to WHOEVER will buy it.
