I'm an unhappy owner through Sunchaser of what was a share at Costa Maya Reef Resort in Belieze, who has been unceremoniously dumped into a unit at their Lake Onkanagan Resort in B.C.

I am pursuing legal action under what I hope can become a class action for violation of our purchase and sale agreement and of Sunchaser's rules and regulations.
