You have a better chance of wining the mega lotto than getting any relief from your disappointment. Both Rancho and Belize have and are a total FRAUD. We were all screwed. Get out of the property by doing what I just did. Sell it back to Marival and go with the new deal. All you have to do is read all of the older blogs and understand that there is no recourse, cut you heartache and losses and move on. I got $14,000 for Rancho and and am all set with Marival with many more choices and options.
