- This is a very simple process and will not require a refiling of deeds at the bureau of conveyances.
2) I guess I could put the Kauai week I am about to buy into the family trust. Will Marriott be able to distinguish between my week (bought in the secondary market) and my parents' weeks which were purchased directly through Marriott.
- Marriott does not penalize a person from buying on the secondary market. Their internal records will allow for the distinction you are looking for.
