Maintenance Fees Reimbursed (by Carol S.):

If you have to reimburse the maintence, hope your getting the use of the week this year. Are you doing it through the owner or the resort. There are alot of resales on redweek and alot cheaper than the resort. Not sure if you get the perks with a resale from a owner though. I know we did not know about red week and how easy it was to purchase resale. We bought resale from the resort, and did get the bonus weeks etc. but did not have to pay the maintence fees for that year, but also could not use it since we put it into there socalled rental program. That is a scam in itself.. It is a really nice place and now with the meal plan makes it even nicer, especially if you want to rent it out.
