We were just contacted by Priorities Management. They indicate that they want to buy 50 timeshare units at Velas Vallarta in Puerro Vallarta. They say that they will pay me $29,700 for our unit. The first step is that they will deposit half the sale price in an escrow account under my name and pay the balance to us on October 15th. they also indicate that they will pay all closing and title fees. Too good to be true? What we would have to do is put about $3,000 in the escrow account in order to move forward...They claim that the only way we can lose this money is if we pull out of the deal...Is this another scam where they run off with the escrow money? Paul and Karen
