One more time, unless there's a technical error (as was in the OP's contract) in your contract then no lawyer can help you merely rid yourself of your timeshare.

As lance stated why don't you try giving it away in Redweek's Bargain Basement, and for extra incentive offer to pay maintenance fees and closing costs.
