lucky you, wish I would have heard of Marival. We tried selling and gave it back FOR FREE to Rancho to avoid their legal proceedings. We paid in full $50K for our units and was behind only one year of maintenance. THEY STOLE FROM US. Our Nassau at least bought it back for the price we paid. They are criminals.
