We did get $1600 back from Cashback America, while we had been promised $8000 for 10 years of maintenance fees. I finally (after 3 months threatening them) got them to admit that I had done EVERYTHING exactly right, and they sent me a bogus accounting page that indicated my share of that week's refund was the small fraction of that originally promised.

I guess we were able to avoid the unbelievable increase in maintenance fees over the 10 years, since the rate fixed in 2001 was kept for us for 10 years with the deal. Dave
