I got scammed with a company Timeshare Cure that I paid to take my timeshare so I would not have to pay maintenance fees any longer. they forged my signature on a docusign document, i tried to get out of the contract but they called me stupid and laughed at me. My husband enjoys our timeshare and doesn't want to transfer the title and they said sorry you just lost your money, I called my credit card company and put in a dispute and then i filed a complaint with may organizations but the one I filed with the FBI produced results. The AK state troopers called and found out the IP address that they used came from another state and referred me to Virginia and the Detective there said that this is a big ring of fraud. So do not fall for Timeshare Cure, Pacific transfer, Timeshare relief and many of the other names this California company has. I may be lucky and will get to keep my disputed refund.
