Has anyone heard of the Wyatt Foundation as a charity organization that accepts your timeshare with your donation of about $3,000 & promises to transfer your ownership? They, too, say you can take off part of the value of the property plus the fee for the donation. They have a website & are located in Thatcher, ID (a ranch for handicapped kids.)
