It's a scam to lure into their trap. They claim a huge price for your timeshare which everyone knows is not for real. Most timeshares have little or no value. Then once they set the hook they claim there is a " fee " that has to be paid before they can complete the transaction. If you are dumb enough to send them money then they come up with another " fee " they claim just came up. They keep coming up with " fees " until they bleed you dry and then disappear with your money.
