Thanks. They said that they have contacted Marriott and added me as their "guest" at this time and once the transaction is complete they will send me the Marriott confirmation number. When I asked them for a contract they said "Redweek doesn't do contracts". How should I go about verifying that they are not renting an exchange? They are saying that they actually own other Marriott resorts, but traded for this "highly desirable" location because they knew they were going to rent it out.
