I have a timeshare through bluegreen vacation club and it is a point system. I still have a mortgage on it and I just read that there is a 99.9% chance that I wont be able to sell it so what would be the best way to go about selling it. Is there a place to find people who would want to take over the contract please help. Also would renting points be a way to go? if I can't sell the whole contract.
