Since timeshares are at an all time low selling, I would consider renting it out ...... Redweek is the number 1 timeshare rental/sale listing site and is accessed by people all over the world.

Also, since Vegas is overpopulated with timeshare resorts you'll need to be competitive in your pricing and you'll need a timeshare rental agreement (you can search forums for such). Good luck.
