Never heard of them ..... do they charge an upfront fee? If they couldn't sell it then why would they buy it from you ..... I doubt they'll buy a timeshare that may be worth zero (market price for a vast number of timeshare weeks) .... also it seems they're a brand new scam operation .... their website has 2013 as copyright date .... beware.
