my wife and I used Timeshare Realty specialists. Here is my story. I got stuck with 2 timeshares that I bought a few years ago.. One is a pacific monarch. One was a worldmark.

Pacific monarch went bankrupt. So I got the short end.

The worldmark was offered to buy and the company that did buy it was Timeshare Realty Specialsts.They proved to me that they were a licensed real estate broker. So I don't know why someone who doesn't know them , or anyone for that matter would label someone if they don't really know any info. My deal was real. They paid me for the Worldmark and transferred it out of my name. I say they did a good job for me.
