Marriott can exercise ROFR but I have no idea if they do it for St. Kitts. The best thing you can do is come up with a price that you can live with and list it. If you should get a buyer then you'll need a timeshare closing company to handle the transaction ... you can 'search forums' for a reputable timeshare closing company.
