Redweek doesn't give a lot of space to give extra info. Or at least many who advertise don't give a lot of info beyond the required fill in form. I wouldn't assume the person is hiding it, unless you contacted them and they didn't address it.

Many Caribbean AI's don't have MF unless you use. They also give the owners referral credits for getting friends and family to use a week (and pay the AI). It gets new blood into the resort so the sales office can try to sell. Most of these AI's aren't cheap and you can often find package deals that include airfare that is lower than the AI fee but not always. If you are a member and interested you might want to get a quote and than compare what else you can get elsewhere.
