I am considering purchasing a one bedroom room unit during prime time red week on the beach. This unit is on the first floor. I question the first floor because everyone may not like the first floor if I decide to rent it out or sale it one day. However, someone told me that people have different agendas, you very well could find people that are handicapp that need a first floor and people could be afraid of heights. I was thinking for security reasons people rather be on floors above. How popular is it to rent or sale a first floor even it is a popular beach front redweek.
