Me too, exactly the same and wondering what is up now, Sept 2013.
You may want to check the postings on http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=182857&page=37 There are 4 or 5 legal firms listed that Fairmont owners have hired. They go to court October 5, if I recall correctly. You might still be able to get on with one of the firms.
