I too have been contacted regarding this conversion. I am hesitant as you are to agree to anything due to Raintree's less than trustworthy history. I am asking for more information regarding this from Raintree and will update this posting once I hear from them. If you have any further information, please post an update.

Also, has anyone heard of Resort Solutions International, LLC aka RCI, LLC out of Branson, MO? I can't get any information about this company and they claim that can take the timeshare off your hands for $4,995. Skeptical about this place as well.
