John, you would have to pay the $2000 beneficial interest minimum plus. If you already are already in the Destinations Club then you would NOT have to pay the $300 education fee.

Doing this allows you to have unrestricted DC points. This meanings the points would be as if you bought them directly from Marriott and would give you regular reservation opportunities and the points will also count to Premier and Premier Plus levels in the program.
