When I posted my timeshares for sale I included photos of the resort and inside of the units. It depends on the supply and demand of the resort and your time owned there as to how well it will rent ... going by the calendar below it looks like you own in high and prime time, but as the previous posted stated there's a lot timeshare inventory in that area and it's so close to your rental timeframe that you may need to drop your price.
