I gave away 2 timeshares, because I just wanted out of them. They charged about $3200 at the time. Now I don't have to worry about those increasing maintenance fees. They were legally transferred to them. Now they hold the title to these timeshares. I know it sounds crazy, but I wanted out and fast. I should have tried to sell them for $500 or so and arranged the transfer of title myself, but I was desperate.
