We have not received check or the AG notification about a payment. Seems odd to have BBB to administering the payments like we are stepping from one trap into another. Payment formula is unknown, the number of beneficiaries is under question, the real amount of restitution is hidden, and there is no guarantee BBB is getting correct information on reservations and owners.

Should we request explanation and more restitution details from BBB? Is there address and phone number to contact BBB in the AG notifications ?
