type your reason for emailing her VERY SPECIFICALLY IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL, and ask her to respond via email. you might even go far as to intimate that your DOCTOR (could even be a ph. d, not an md.) told you to stay away from "phone rays".............whatever. now you have part of a paper trail, and it's also on lynne's computer.

Chris, if you can get her to respond via email....she would email me back and tell me to call her, so there wasn't a paper trail.
