"I'm an optimist" your quote...........GREAT; NEVER SAY NEVER. keep don quixote's "to-dream-the-impossible-dream" attitude in mind regarding this crappy TMC issue that we owners are stuck with. maybe we can claim a victory; we won't know if we don't try.

It's understandable because paying a retainer was the proposal put on the table and some/many (don't know the count) accepted the proposal.

Another path might be to come together, create an escrow account managed by an owner executive team to advocate/arbitrate this situation for TMC owners. Wrongful death, failed medical procedures, proprietary disputes, etc. are often settled this way with a 60% client/40% attorney, to a 75% client, 25% attorney split basis. More thought/conversation needed, but continues the train of thought (14,000 to 18,000 owners is significant).

i fully realize this is a "don quixote dream" of mine, but he fought the windmill and won, and he made aldonza a real lady who he loved, and she finally loved him back. so, if this idea seems worthy of trying, perhaps you can join me as sancho panza, don Q's loyal friend, and work side by side in pulling this COALITION idea off.

if i can garner some agreement to move forward with this plan, please let me know in this forum. we can share strategies and incorporate ourselves into a viable opponent to the TMC management, past or present, who screwed us royally and left us BEGGING TO GIVE BACK OUR INVESTMENT. i would offer my email address IN THIS FORUM to have owners come forward with their contact information, and i would start our own owners' list........perhaps this could mushroom into others offering their email addresses to share the chore of getting more owner names and contact information. then we can reach, hopefully, most, owners to assist with details of our plan.

obtaining this list of owners and their contact information, has been an "unreachable goal". with the goal accomplished, we can then, perhaps with a more secure sense, get involved with an attorney who would use the list as a legally appropriate instrument in helping us owners to reach financial justice against the fraud, lies and shams handed to us by the TMC developers.

ok, this is a lengthy dissertation, but hopefully an eventually a fruitful one.
