Actually Nathan, Chris and I aren’t “offering “ anything to anyone. We just started our effort with a goal in mind to simply understand who our fellow owners are and determine if there is in fact something we can do as a group. We are not promising anything, or promoting a new direction to take in this mess. Never once did we say “we WILL reduce maintenance fees, we WILL change the reservation process, we WILL get some of your initial outlay of money returned to you. We may end up joining Mr. Zimmerman’s suit or we may end up hiring another attorney as a group. NOTHING IS DECIDED AT THIS POINT but I will say that Chris and I are brainstorming on ideas that may help our cause. If owners join our coalition they are NOT GIVING UP ANYTHING. They may end up in exactly the same place they’re in right now or we may be able to help make some changes that benefit owners AND NOT EICHNER, BLUEGREEN, OR ANYONE ELSE WHO CURRENTLY HOLD ALL YHE POWER.
