I agree with sharon177. It's nice the owners might get together for so called Coalition which is targeting to reduce the membership fees. BUT other owners are looking for getting out from the TMC and refund their investment made into the fraudulent schema of the Manhattan Club. Therefore other owners are targeting different solutions that are not aligned with the solutions of the "Coalition".

To my observation as soon as BG opens the Sales center the market value of our timeshare interests will go up and the owners will be able to offer their interests on the second market at the reasonable prices.

Another Question: Why the BG has to buy our interests from the TMC? Owners might offer the BG to buy their interests directly from them and thus avoiding the Manhattan Club transactions where owners have to deedback interests for $0. In such cases the BG might save money on closing and new purchase cost.
