keep in mind that joining THE COALITION offers no promises (similar to how attorneys' outcomes cannot be guaranteed) of the results of your participation in our efforts of seeking to substantially reduce maintenance fees and to get owners greater access in getting the reservation time that they desire (thereby adding to the value of their TMC investment). we will use appropriate measures at our disposal to help us achieve our goals. the possible, eventual use of an attorney is not ruled out as we progress. how we proceed after gathering an optimum number of owner contacts remains to be seen. we will seek the suggestions and recommendations of owners regarding this matter. we believe that joining THE COALITION is a viable alternative to using an attorney at this time. however, connection with an attorney does not preclude joining THE COALITION. you pay for an attorney now, while joining us currently costs nothing except some of your time should you wish to offer it. while there is no fee to joining THE COALITION, our method of pursuing our goal may eventually lead to the necessity of using an attorney. only at that time would an appropriate fee be levied. that remains to be seen, and the choice to move forward remains yours.....pro bono for joining THE COALITION.
