There are many secondary markets. Many timeshares are sold using Redwek.com. I am constantly pestered by companies who want to "help me sell my timeshares." The question remains: Since some or all of TMC timeshare weeks are deeded, don't you need clear title to sell? If you owe money, I don't think you have clear title
