Why not just skip over Chris's comments? You don't HAVE to read them. I always used my weeks because you can learn to live with the requirements. Either bank way ahead, bank them or rent them. What I continue to be unhappy with is, that even after 20+ years the developer didn't turn the board over to the owners. The other objection, of course, was the out of this world assessments. There are other timeshares now in NY and hotels where you can stay for way under $3000!

I just closed on my Junior Executive biennial. I went through a Mickey Mouse of a deal but it was worth it. I may do something similar with my every year 1 BR. I'm not sure this new management company is going to be much different than the last!
