There is no class action lawsuit, but there is a group of owners paying one lawyer, specifically Jean-Marc Zimmerman, whose plan is to bring suit in the name of each one of us who retain him. Of course, the more people who do this, the better. You can get more information by contacting the attorney directly as Redweek is not working on behalf of the attorney.
