referring to danielle in financial services, were there any comments that arose about foreclosing on our shares due to nonpayment of maintenance fees? i ask that because this seems to be a new tactic being attempted by tmc. this is only an educated guess, but i believe FORECLOSURE is an instrument used for nonpayment of a mortgage.

i hope someone knowledgeable within this context can clarify this issue.
