TMC's fraudulent actions were addressed by the former nysag, eric schneiderman and admitted to by TMC/eichner. ironically, the fraudulent TMC developer, IAN BRUCE EICHNER continues to build his real estate empire in greener pastures (or is he covertly still raking in funds from TMC?) the issue of TMC/EICHNER's criminal fraud has yet to be litigated to the fullest extent of the law: JAIL TIME AND COMPLETE RETRIBUTION OF THE LITERAL THEFT INFLICTED UPON ALL OWNERS.
