Re: Manhattan Club Lawsuit (by Chris V.):

maryjean,

louis solomon, deputy ny state attorney general in charge of ENFORCEMENT (he didn't explain to me exactly what that meant) must be feeling the heat of our legitimate phone calls to him, for which new york state is paying his salary via our state tax money (i'm from ny state!!!) to me, he sounded very edgy and somewhat annoyed that i called. i received much less, if any information from him. you, at least received some information. basically, all i got from hi was a suggestion to file another TMC complaint with the new york state attorney general's office. additionally, he might not even be accurate in his comment to you that " Bluegreen would be buying out TMC." i seem to have heard conflicting stories about that. my experience.......fruitless; you at least got answers, inaccurate as they may be.

Re: Louis Soloman - I spoke with him a couple weeks ago. He was not helpful at all. He said 3 things: 1. that we still owned our timeshare with all its rights and responsibilities. 2. TMC was supposed to pay restitution to owners based upon what days/weeks they were unable to use the timeshare. 3. Bluegreen would be buying out TMC

Is this what he told you as well?
