"Deed-In-Lieu of Foreclosure"........in other words, give back your property and equity for the thieves to resell it at NYC market value. i assume those using this instrument are unfortunate people who are in financial distress.

this is criminal and assumed legal (especially concerning TMC)............an oxymoron if i ever heard one.
