I also turned my Penthouse Suite (which I paid over $40K for ) to the Manhattan Club for the $100. price. I was just so tired and frustrated with this whole thing, I just wanted out and nothing more to do with the M/C. I turned back in the notorized paperwork about a month ago and haven't received anything as of yet. Cliff
