I purchased the timeshare last Oct. 16 and send the notice of cancellation Oct. 18 but Purolator said it will be delivered by October 22 Tuesday since there was no delivery Sat and Sun. Am I still in the rescission period? Can I still cancel the timeshare contract and refund the deposit?
