your comments about the court proceeding are shocking. isn't falsifying court-requested/presented documents a criminal offense in addition to being in contempt of court? TMC principals, e.g., ian bruce eichner, et al, are fearless, placing themselves above the law--and appearing to get away with it. please continue to keep us posted if you see fit to do so. thanks and good luck.
