Anyone have experience with Preston Green or Americap International Corp

Preston of vacationhomesonly.com, called my UNLISTED HOME PHONE. His is of course now blocked. He said it was urgent. Of course I have a listing. I do NOT appreciate these brokers calling me. I would never rent to one of these agents. Resent the invasion into my privacy. I would be wary of anyone presenting themself with an "urgently need to talk to you" kind of message, especially to an unlisted phone number.

I have reported this incident to customer service at Redweek

This is not the way it was in years past on Redweek. This time, I have been contacted by suspicious supposed "Redweek Members," they are offering a rental prices that is hundreds less than my listing. I find this practice offensive. It seems like these people are searching all listings and probably contacting each owner to rent at huge discounts to flip the rental to another unsuspecting tenant.

Is anyone else experiencing these types of scams?
