If you mean advertising owned weeks to rent them out, it's certainly not too late for Key West around Easter. Key West always has far more demand than available supply in the winter and early spring.

That said, I assume you know that you will still need to separately purchase advertising space --- you can't just post "for rent" ads here in these RedWeek forums.

Since you mention RCI and II, maybe you are instead thinking about exchanging via RedWeek. One good thing about the RedWeek exchange system is that you get to see the valuation of your prospective deposit BEFORE deciding whether or not deposit (unlike the "smoke and mirrors" deposit first, with no info at all provided about value of the deposit, then just hope and pray method of RCI). Also, you can view existing RedWeek inventory, which will hopefully expand as the relatively new RedWeek exchange model matures.

I rented a unit at the Atlantis in November and just rented a unit at the Westin Kierland for March. I think Redweek is awesome. You do need to have a specific week already reserved however. This seems to work better than a random float.

Are you speaking of renting your weeks or exchanging via Redweek?

I have had mine listed for 6 months and not one reply either. Don't tell me to just lower the price. I have done that and it is whithin the same price range as others in the same week. I'm just not that impressed with the lack of action on this site.

Were the other same weeks rented? It doesn't matter what others are asking for their rental, what matters is what a renter is willing to pay .... you seem to be blaming Redweek when they are not to blame.

If you'll so some research here, you'll see that many people sell or rent their weeks via this site .... it all boils down to supply, demand and price.
