This is a long list! In my complaint to FTC I listed SHR and PRL. I've started the complaint form for TX REC--who, or, which group, should I include. The scammers for my sale were Hughes Dewailly and Eric Pleuger--I don't see them listed very much in this forum. I spoke with a RCI supervisor today, and he said he didn't know them, or if they worked for RCI. Should they be listed in my complaint?

It is interesting to find out who JannaG is associated with. It just happens to be one of the members of BJ Cooke's Ottawa, IL gang. You know they are grasping at straws when they SHOUT their accusations, but couldn't come close to backing them up.

Recently in an issue of Timesharing Today there was an article about a group just like this one that the authorities brought down. Everyone was convicted and sent to prison except a couple of employees who testified against the group. Those employees got ptobation in return for their testimony. I'll bet there are a few ex-employees lined up right now hoping to get their deal.

Thanks donp196, It's not the ex-employees they have to worry about it's the employees that still work for them that know and hate what's going on. My understanding is the Guy Russell and his wife treats the employees worst than he treats his clients. Heard from one employee yesterday and she said that the Las Vegas office closed down the Marketing department, took all the computers away and changed the locks on the doors. Sounds like somebody is running away. They have some very unhappy employees there. And for those few ex-employees and employees lined up right now hoping to get their deal, the AG's and RCI have already talked to them.
